Hello everyone, I've come out from one of my successful hiatus (finally!). I haven't touched this blog for half-a-year. How are things here lately? I looks like everyone is dead... oh my ghulay...
Maintaining a blog is hard nowadays... well, for me of course. There are some people are comfortable doing it. They are gifted ones with the power of words and a bunch of ideas in my mind put together to form a great post, so great that everyone steals them and claims the stolen entries as theirs (okay, that's the sad part) but it doesn't stop most authors to make astounding entries.
With the proliferation of this so-called hype called Facebook, it made matters worse. I got to the point that I never respnded to game requests because I'm too busy with my FarmVille, Mafia Wars and Vampire Wars. But after the great flood, thanks to Typhoon Ondoy, I got back to my senses that I should not dependent to those games.
So... what should I post? Posting for a nerdy introduction sounds bland.
Maybe I'll save my words for later, when the inspiration strikes...
Good day.

I've been planning to type this for a while now, but it either screws up and doesn't post what I type or I get lazy and don't type at all.
My favourite Disney film is Beauty and the Beast. Who wouldn't want to be a self-confessed bookworm who towers over the townspeople and gets whisked away to an enchanted castle with hospitable singing furniture? Everyone wants to be one of course! Anyway, what are you guys' favourite Disney films?
In particular, my favourite scene, or one of them since it is incredibly hard to choose, is the 'Be Our Guest' number sung by the charismatic and seductive candelabra named Lumiere. He's just so charming you know? Lol.
Oh it's just the most wonderful scene. Don't you just love the fancy food names (only the French can make it sound so decadent) and the build up to the chandelier climax with the patterned china and syncopated glassware?! RARH! LOL anyway it inspired an decadent evening that I can only dream to have... A dinner party for only the best of friends.
A few months ago I attended an event expo and it was quite inspiring indeed!
Key words for the event are: chandelier, (culinary) cabaret, cake parades, spotlights, velvet, furfle colours

So the breakdown of what's going on. It shall be held at Sydney State Theatre, the main dinner held at a long table in the Gothic Hall (the framed picture). The entrance to the State Theatre is two staircases on both sides (the left one is pictured above) and it's ALMOST like the staircase Belle and the Beast descend before they go off to their fancy dinner with the Tale as Old as Time song lol. One of the other reasons I chose the State Theatre was that in the main theatre area, I can't remember what it's called is the second largest crystal chandelier in the world!
Dress code is BLACK TIE, take notes from Gossip Girl guys! Look at Blair's beautiful Marchesa gown! I'm so jealous! I don't think I'll ever get to wear something so extravagant haha! Anyway yeah we have to have pretty chairs, and have Rose or pink champagne or whatever -- obviously I have no idea about champagne and wine lol! We shall also be serving:
Soup du jour, hor d'oeurves, beef ragout, cheese souffle (pronounced however you like ;)), pie and pudding en flambe!
We would have singing waiters and waitresses serving us this lovely food.. and I just remembered how much I've been craving RED VELVET CUPCAKES this entire week! Every time I get hungry about these yummy yummy cupcakes! LOL. Look them up they're awesome and I am going to learn how to make them by Christmas.
Since we're on the theme of princesses if someone wanted to be Cinderella they really could be now! Check out these shoesies!

Maison Margiela's glass slippers
Anyway that's all! You couldn't actually walk around in these but at least they're real right? Everyone should go watch (500) Days of Summer because it's great and bittersweet but nice! Lol, very articulate indeedy!
